Will I receive a confirmation email for my order?

Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email from MIMIKO DESIGNS within a few minutes of placing your order. This email will contain your order details and a summary. If you don't see it in your inbox

within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it's still missing, feel free to contact us at hello@mimikodesigns.net, and we'll be happy to confirm your order details.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

Order processing typically takes 3–7 business days before it’s shipped out. After processing, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, as various factors can influence delivery. These estimates are as follows:

·         USA: 3–4 business days

·         Europe: 6–8 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our direct control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, and production issues at our fulfillment partners.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within two weeks of the shipping date, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with locations worldwide. Depending on your location and product availability, your order will be produced and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently. This helps us ensure faster delivery times whenever possible.

Is shipping free?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Are there any import fees for US orders?

While most of our products are fulfilled within the United States, in rare cases, certain items may be shipped from our international production facilities. In the unlikely event that your order ships from outside the US, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs clearance fees assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the recipient. These instances are rare, but we want to be transparent about the possibility.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

·         Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

·         Ask your local post office if they have your package

·         Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@mimikodesigns.net with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a separate email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the courier's website.

Here's a helpful tip: We use various reliable couriers like USPS, UPS, DPD, FedEx and DHL depending on your location and order specifics. While you'll receive a tracking number in our initial email, the courier might also send you separate updates directly. So, keep an eye on your inbox for emails from these couriers as well!

What if I have questions about my tracking or shipment?

If you have any questions about your tracking information or shipment status after checking the courier's website, don't hesitate to contact us at hello@mimikodesigns.net. We're here to help!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@mimikodesigns.net within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?

All of our items are CUSTOM MADE, so we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@mimikodesigns.net within a weeks' time and we will be happy to make it right!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@mimikodesigns.net with photos of wrong/damaged items within a weeks' time and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product photo section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@mimikodesigns.net within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
