Mimiko didn’t start as a clear business idea. It took shape over time.

What you’ll see below is not just how it began — but what it has been growing into.

Hi, I’m Miriam, but you can call me Mimi. I am the owner and creator of Mimiko Designs.

A few things about me: I live in Poland, I am a wife and mama of four, and besides running this small business, I also write a blog about healing through Jesus – TheTrueTherapy (you’ll find the link in the footer).

I created Mimiko Designs in 2024 after reaching my limit with the 9-5 world. I was tired of not having enough time for my family and working jobs that felt meaningless.

I wanted to do something with purpose and actually use my creativity, which had been collecting dust on a shelf…

And honestly, I was finally answering God’s calling.

When I started, I wasn’t quite sure which direction to go.

Just like Peter, I had to step out of the boat… and yes, I sank more than once ;)

This year is special. It feels like a fresh start to me.

After two years of trying to do too much on my own and learning how not to run a business, God is now graciously teaching me to slow down and go deeper.

My desire for Mimiko is to support and encourage believers.

I’ve noticed that a lot of attention goes into reaching those who don’t know God — but much less into strengthening those who already do. We still face fear, doubt, overthinking… and we still need to be reminded of what is true.

I don’t want to create things that just “look Christian.” I want them to bring you back to God’s Word — to anchor you and remind you of His truths, to keep you grounded and strengthen you when life gets heavy. God is with you in the middle of it all.
