Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer accelerated checkout options through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

 

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email from MIMIKO DESIGNS within a few minutes of placing your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. If it's still missing, contact us at hello@mimikodesigns.net and we'll be happy to help.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international friends!

 

When will I receive my order?

Because each item is custom-made, we have two steps:

  1. Processing Time: It typically takes 3–7 business days to create your item.

  2. Shipping Time: After processing, your order will be shipped. Estimated delivery times for the USA are 3–4 business days.

Please keep in mind that these are estimates. Actual delivery times can vary due to factors like carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you a separate email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website. We use various reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, DPD, FedEx, and DHL.

 

What if my order is late or hasn't arrived?

Before you contact us, please take these steps:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct.

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left it there.

If the address was correct and you still can’t find your package, please email us at hello@mimikodesigns.net with your order number, and we'll investigate promptly.

 

What are your shipping rates?

The shipping cost for all orders will be calculated based on the items in your cart and your delivery location, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

 

Could my order have import fees?

Most of our products are fulfilled within the United States. In rare cases, an item might ship from one of our international production facilities. If this happens, your order could be subject to import duties or customs fees. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because all of our items are custom-made just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at hello@mimikodesigns.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and your order number. We'll be happy to offer a refund, replacement, or other solution to make it right.

 

What if I ordered the wrong size or color?

We don't offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or colors. Please be sure to check the sizing charts available in the product photo section before you place your order.
