SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Mimiko Designs. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, custom-made items. Please review our shipping policy below for information on production times, delivery estimates, and rates.

 

1. Fulfillment (Production) Time

All items available in our store are custom-made upon order (Print-on-Demand). This process ensures you receive a unique, high-quality product.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 3–7 business days to create your item before it is shipped.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Current Service: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • International Shipping: We hope to expand to international shipping in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international friends.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

  • The shipping cost for all orders will be calculated based on the items in your cart and your delivery location, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
  • Shipping Time: After processing, your order will be shipped. Estimated delivery times for the USA are 3–4 business days.

Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times can vary due to factors like carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a separate email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website. We utilize various reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, DPD, FedEx, and DHL.

 

5. Missing or Late Orders

If your order is late or hasn't arrived, please take these steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct.
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left it there.

If the address was correct and you still can’t find your package, please email us at hello@mimikodesigns.net with your order number, and we'll investigate promptly.

 

6. Customs and Import Fees

Most of our products are fulfilled within the United States.

  • In rare cases, an item might ship from one of our international production facilities. If this happens, your order could be subject to import duties or customs fees.
  • These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
